About Us…
Who We Are
Brought together by a practical guide to resist the Trump agenda, Indivisible is a movement of local group leaders taking action to fight for progressive policies, and elect local champions.
We show up. We speak with our neighbors. We organize. And through our work, we’ve collectively built thousands of local movements in support of our values.
Indivisibles all over the country have built lasting power and a massive, collective political muscle ready to be exercised each and every day in every corner of the country.
Action by action, day by day, group by group, Indivisibles are remaking our democracy.
Our Mission
Indivisible Napa brings together activists across Napa County to advance a bold and inclusive progressive agenda. Rooted in grassroots power, we believe in taking meaningful action to drive change and protect our democracy.
We are committed to voter engagement and empowerment. Promoting voter rights for all and expanding access through universal Vote-By-Mail are central to every campaign we support.
In a political climate that too often fosters fear and division, we stand in unwavering solidarity with our community — especially with those most vulnerable and marginalized. We aim to foster safety, visibility, and dignity for all.
We proudly collaborate with local activist groups to strengthen our collective voice, share responsibilities, and increase impact.
Now is the time to act, the stakes have never been higher. Join us. Take action. Together, we can resist the regressive Republican/Trump/Project 2025 agenda and defend the values that define our democracy.
Our History
In the wake of the 2016 election, former congressional staffers Leah Greenberg and Ezra Levin published the Indivisible Guide—a grassroots call to resist the Trump agenda. Originally intended for friends and family, the guide went viral, sparking the formation of thousands of Indivisible groups nationwide. These citizen-led efforts helped defeat TrumpCare, flood town halls, and power the Blue Wave, proving that everyday people could shift the political landscape.
Indivisible Napa was founded in August 2018 to help local activists influence elected officials and resist the far-right agenda. Today, in the face of Trump’s return and the threat of Project 2025, Indivisible is growing rapidly—adapting, organizing, and fighting to protect our democracy once again.
In the new Trump era, the game has changed and so has the Guide.
